2mm aluminum alloy

Made of high quality 2mm aluminum alloy with 14 bend lines to ensure high strength of the final structure, while maintaining a good balance between strength and weight.

Stamped cover and base

Innovative stamped lid and bottom. Stamping (cold forming) increases the structural strength of the bags and their waterproof qualities, while eliminating the need for welded corners.

100% waterproof

Riveted bottom, sealed with silicone and an interchangeable EPDM rubber gasket that secures the inner eversion of the lid relative to the body contact surface. It allows dust and watertight storage in case of heavy rain or crossing of watercourses.

13-sided hard plastic corners

Internally molded high density polyethylene, with increased wear resistance, providing abrasion protection for the corners of the bag. Replaceable.

CNC milling and TIG welding

Robot and manual welding with attention to detail.
CNC milled for a perfect finish.

Plastic strap holders

4 plastic strap holders attached to the cover. Made in-house, injected polyethylene, with increased wear resistance, rounded edges to prevent abrasion of the strap material, designed for different sizes of straps. Replaceable.

Saddlebag mounting system

The panniers are securely attached and locked to the steel racks using heavy duty polyethylene mounting brackets.
The mounting system is bolted to the panniers using 14 screws and nuts with thread lock.
Our innovative design allows the bag to be detached from the luggage rack in the event of a major impact during a forceful impact.

Latch with key lock

1.5mm laser-cut steel toggle closure with Heavy Duties rhino® stamping and a key for the key locking system of both bags.
