Riveted bottom, sealed with silicone and an interchangeable EPDM rubber gasket that secures the inner eversion of the lid relative to the contact surface with the hull and ensures dust and watertight storage in case of driving rain and water crossings.
The corners are made of 13-sided hard plastic, high-density polyethylene injected into the mold internally, with increased wear resistance, providing protection against abrasion of the corners of the case. Interchangeable parts.

The cases are securely fastened and locked to the steel luggage racks using high-strength polyethylene mounting brackets. The mounting system is bolted to the cases using 14 screws and nuts with lock. The innovative design of our case mounting system allows the case to be detached from the luggage rack in the event of a major impact.
The lock is designed with a 1.5mm steel toggle latch, laser cut with “Heavy Duties Rhino” stamping and is keyed for locking both cases.

Saddlebag mounting system
The panniers are securely attached and locked to the steel racks using heavy duty polyethylene mounting brackets.
The mounting system is bolted to the panniers using 14 screws and nuts with thread lock.
Our innovative design allows the bag to be detached from the luggage rack in the event of a major impact during a forceful impact.
Latch with key lock
1.5mm laser-cut steel toggle closure with Heavy Duties rhino® stamping and a key for the key locking system of both bags.
