Delivery conditions
Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number, shipping address and order summary. Please keep this email, it contains your order number.
If any of the items in your order are out of stock, we will notify you immediately by email and present you with the best available options.
Delivery dates may vary depending on carrier shipping practices, delivery location, and the items you order.
Some of our products may be delivered in separate packages. If you do not receive your entire order in one delivery, please be assured that the missing items will be delivered within one day of each other at the most.
Shortly after your order, we will send you by email the tracking number corresponding to your order as well as its dedicated carrier.
