Our Rally Pro fairing for KTM EXC 450 and Husqvarna FE 450, allows you to go into the desert and take part in the toughest rallies in the world. It has been designed and manufactured in Germany. Laser-cut and manufactured on state-of-the-art sheet metal machines, this fairing has been studied and specially designed to withstand falls and violent impacts, which explains its price. The finish is a durable matt grey powder coating that is inspired by the frame colour of the Husqvarna models. It is of course a perfect match for all KTM Enduro models.
The connection to the frame is “plug and play”, without drilling or welding to the frame. Only the activated carbon filter has to be removed from the frame tube. All other parts of the Rallye Pro fork head are then screwed onto the frame connection and the system is thus rigidified.
Of course, all you have to do is insert an adapter for the new Hella LED headlights into the wiring harness.
The connection between the KTM Rally Replica fairing and the tank covers is ensured by the white painted fiberglass covers with 1/4 turn quick release fasteners.
